Unlike group sound baths or brief sound add-ons, this private session allows the space to be shaped entirely around your nervous system, intentions, and energetic needs in the moment. The session begins with a guided meditation, inviting the body and mind to settle and open gently before moving into an extended sound healing experience. Therapeutic sound and vibration are then offered using instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other resonant tools. Gentle Reiki may be incorporated as guided to support balance and energetic flow. This is a quiet, non-verbal session, held as a space for rest, inward listening, and deep regulation rather than conversation or processing. Availability: Availability & Booking Due to the preparation, setup, and space required for this offering, this session is available by request and pre-approval only and is offered on select days and times. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to allow for proper preparation of the room. Sessions conclude within the scheduled time.
