This membership is designed for those seeking steady, ongoing support through a gentle and consistent rhythm of care. Members receive one exclusive 75-minute healing session each month, available only through this membership. This offering is intentionally structured to support grounding, restoration, and long-term integration. What’s Included Each Month A 75-Minute Members-Only Healing Session, including: 15 minutes of sound therapy at the beginning of the session. Therapeutic sound is used to support relaxation and nervous system regulation before hands-on healing begins. (Sound may include tuning forks, chimes, and Tibetan bowls, as guided.) 50 minutes of hands-on energy healing. Focused on clearing, alignment, and energetic balance in a quiet, intentional container. 10 minutes of grounding and integration, allowing the session to settle and close gently. *This session is intentionally non-verbal and does not include coaching or extended conversation. Integration Support: Members receive light integration support throughout the membership in the form of brief reflections or contemplative practices. These are offered periodically and sent to your email to support awareness and continuity between sessions. These reflections are shared for personal contemplation and do not include email correspondence or ongoing discussion outside of scheduled sessions. Additional Member Benefits: • One complimentary group sound bath during your 6-month membership • $10 off additional 60-minute Foundational Healing Sessions, should you wish to book outside your monthly membership session.
