Integration & Guidance Session

Service Description

This session is intentionally designed for those who wish to combine hands-on energy healing with dedicated time for conversation, reflection, and guidance. The first 60 minutes of the session are devoted to hands-on energy healing, including the Trinity Technique, chakra alignment, and intuitive energy clearing. The remaining 30 minutes are held for verbal integration, allowing space to talk through what is arising, explore patterns, and receive grounded guidance and support. This session provides a contained space for both healing and talking, supporting deeper understanding, emotional processing, and integration. ✨ Important to know: Extended conversation, emotional processing, and coaching-style support are only offered within this session. Other healing sessions are intentionally held with minimal verbal processing to preserve their focus and energetic integrity. This session is best suited for those who: Feel the need to talk things through. Process insights verbally. Are navigating emotional patterns or transitions. Want both healing work and guided conversation. Following the session, you will receive a post-session reflection within 48–72 hours, offering a contemplative practice or assignment to support continued integration. To honor clear energetic containers and respect all scheduled clients, sessions conclude promptly at the scheduled time. This includes hands-on work, grounding, and the level of verbal integration described above. Please arrive in comfortable clothing.
