Service Description

This session is a hands-on energy healing experience designed to support balance, grounding, and integration in a quiet, focused container. Approximately 50 minutes are dedicated to hands-on healing, including energy clearing, chakra alignment, and intuitive energetic support, followed by a brief grounding close. This session is ideal if you are: New to energy healing Seeking a calm, restorative experience Wanting continued support between deeper healing sessions Looking for maintenance and nervous system regulation ✨ Important to know: This session is intentionally held as a healing-only container and does not include extended conversation, emotional processing, or coaching-style support. It also does not include an email report and assignment. It is designed to allow the body and energy system to integrate without verbal processing or written analysis. This session is intended as a foundational or maintenance offering and is best paired with deeper integration sessions when additional support is desired. To honor the integrity of the work and all scheduled clients, sessions conclude promptly at the scheduled time. This includes hands-on work, grounding, and the level of verbal integration described above. Please arrive in comfortable clothing.
