Child & Youth Energy Healing Session

Service Description

This offering provides gentle, age-appropriate energy healing for children ages 6–12, held in a calm and supportive environment. Each session is customized to meet the individual child’s needs and comfort level. Healing may be offered through light hands-on techniques or no-contact methods, including above-the-body Reiki and gentle sound, as guided and appropriate. Sessions may be interactive or quiet, depending on what feels most supportive for the child. Some children prefer to lie still, while others benefit from gentle movement or engagement during the session. This work may support children who are experiencing: stress or anxiety fears or emotional overwhelm challenges with self-esteem or confidence difficulty relaxing or settling heightened sensitivity or emotional transitions A caregiver is welcome to remain present during the session if that feels supportive for the child. Session Structure & Parent Guidance The healing portion of the session lasts approximately 40 minutes, followed by a brief 5–10 minute parent check-in. This time is reserved for sharing general observations and grounding suggestions related to the session. ✨ Important to know: This session is centered on gentle energy healing for the child and is intentionally held as a non-verbal, healing-focused experience. *If a parent or caregiver feels they would benefit from additional guidance, reflection, or support related to their child’s emotional or energetic needs, a separate 60-minute Coaching Session may be booked. This session is designed to provide space for conversation, questions, and guidance for caregivers. This structure helps ensure that the session remains focused, supportive, and contained for both the child and caregiver. Sessions conclude within the scheduled time.
