Through slow, supported yin yoga postures and immersive sound healing, this experience invites the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and old ways of thinking to gently release.
Movement and sound create space to let go of stress and open the door to new possibilities, without force or pressure.
This is a practice of listening rather than striving.
